Six people died in a building fire early Saturday in the northwest Russian city of Pskov, UPI quoted officials as saying. The Emergencies Ministry said the bodies of five men and a woman were found after firefighters spent several hours extinguishing the blaze at a two-story non-residential building, RIA Novosti reported. "It has been preliminarily established that they were all homeless," a police spokesperson said. Identities of the dead have not been established. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
