Egypt's First Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense and Military Production General Abdulfattah Al-Sisi met here today with the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton. During the meeting, they discussed the current political situation in Egypt, democratic transitional process, the role of the European Union in the current period and the future vision for supporting stability in the region.
