Cuban and U.S. officials will meet on Wednesday to hold the first talks between the two nations since 2011 in Washington, the State Department said. "Representatives from the State Department are meeting with representatives from the government of Cuba to discuss migration," State Department deputy spokeswoman Marie Harf told reporters. "This is an going process of talks on this issue, because we believe that safe, secure migration is in U.S. interests," Harf said during the daily press briefing.
