United Arab Emirates (UAE) President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan congratulated Yemeni authorities on the progress achieved by Yemen's national dialogue conference. In a telephone call with his Yemeni counterpart Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, Al Nahyan lauded what he called tangible progress achieved by the comprehensive national dialogue conference in its capacity as the basic and objective solution to tackle all problems in Yemen within the GCC-sponsored initiative and its executive mechanism. The two leaders discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, including the support of the UAE for Yemen at all levels since the security and stability of Yemen is strategic and exceptional for the entire Arab Gulf region.
