France qualifies for World Youth Soccer finals

France qualified today for the World Youth below-20 Soccer finals, for the first time in its history, after eliminating its Ghanian counterpart, the 2009 champion, with two goals against one in the semi finals at Ataturk Stadium in Turkey.
France will meet on Saturday at Turk Telecom Arena stadium in Istanbul with the winner of a match between Iraq and Uruguay to be played later today in Trabzon.
