Minister of Commerce, Industry Meets U.S. Carmakers Executives

Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fowzan Al-Rabia'ah, has recently met in Detroit with the executives of the three big U.S. carmakers GMC, Ford and Chrysler.
During the meeting, he told them the findings of a questionnaire conducted by the ministry of commerce and industry, in the Kingdom, on the standard of service awarded by the agents and dealers of these companies to consumers.
He also, asked the executives to set independent offices for their companies to gauge the levels of consumer's satisfaction towards service accorded to them, in the Kingdom.
