Prince Mishaal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, President of Allegiance-Pledge Commission, has sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the State of Qatar, on the occasion of his assumption of the reins of power.
The Prince said in his cable, "I am pleased on the occasion of your assumption of the reins of power in the State of Qatar to express to you my sincere congratulations, wishing you permanent good health and happiness and the brotherly people of Qatar steady progress and prosperity under your wise leadership."
