Nineteen people were believed killed when a Russian-made helicopter of the Indian Air Force crashed in near Gaurikund, India, Tuesday, UPI quoted officials as saying. M. Sashidhar Reddy, vice chairman of India's National Disaster Management Authority, said eight bodies were recovered and chances of finding any survivors were remote. The helicopter, a sophisticated Mi-17 V5 on a rescue mission carrying relief materials to rain-affected Rudraprayag district, crashed in rain and fog, Press Trust of India reported.
