U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in the Indian capital of New Delhi today, his first to India since assuming office, in an endeavor to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries. During his three-day stay, Kerry is scheduled to hold talks with India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid dealing with the expected outcomes of the U.S. forces withdrawal from Afghanistan, climate change and education.
