Democratic Congo and Cameroon drew zero all at a soccer match in Kinshasa today within group 9 of the fifth semi-final of the second level of the African competition qualifying for Brazil world cup 2014.
With this result, Libya topped the group with nine points, Cameroon seven, Democratic Congo six and Togo in the bottom with four points.
