Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, received a message from Malian President Dioncounda Traore on bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of developing them in all fields. The message was delivered by Malian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Tieman Hubert Coulibaly during a meeting with the Emir of Kuwait here today.
