Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, will lead the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the ministerial meeting of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation on supporting Al-Quds to be held on Tuesday in Baku, capital of Azerbaijan.
