China To Launch Space Mission

China's Shenzhou 10 space mission is set to blast off this week with three astronauts on board, China Manned Space Engineering said Monday, according to DPA.
During the 15-day mission, docking manoeuvres will be practised with the Tiangong-1 space module, which has been orbiting the Earth since September 2011.
The launch from the Jiuquan space centre in Gansu province in north-west China was planned for 5:38 pm (0938 GMT) on Tuesday.
The Shenzhou 10 mission's manoeuvres and experiments are important steps towards the construction of a space station planned by 2020.
