U.S. President Barack Obama on Friday said the Affordable Care Act in California will be easier to access, during his healthcare speech in San Jose, California. "You are now going to be able to get [benefits like free preventive care] through your insurance, where they previously were not, [or] did not have to be provided," Obama told reporters. The U.S. President added that the Obamacare program will allow people without health insurance to buy health plans. "That means new choices," for the uninsured, the President said.
