The Chief of Staff of Qatar's Armed Forces , Major General Hamad bin Ali Al-Atiyyah, met here today with British Special Forces Commander, Major General Mark Carleton-Smith, currently visiting Qatar. During the meeting, they reviewed a number of common topics, particularly on military affairs.
