The conference of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) decided to adhere to the existing production ceiling of 30 million barrel per day (bpd). Eng. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, led the Kingdom's delegation to the conference. In the 63rd OPEC ministerial meeting concluded here today, the Conference agreed that Member Countries would, if required, take steps to ensure market balance and reasonable price levels for producers and consumers. The Member Countries will continue to follow-up the oil market's situations.
