Saudi Arabia's Minister of Labor Adel bin Mohammed Faqih and his Filipina counterpart Roza Linda Baldoz are set to sign on Sunday a bilateral framework agreement to streamline the recruitment of housemaids from The Philippines to the Kingdom. This comes after the Saudi Cabinet has authorized Faqih to conclude the agreement, the first of its kind with a housemaid supplying country. According to the agreement, the two sides will benefit from the exchange with the recruited maids obliged to respect regulations, customs, traditions, instructions and behavior of the Saudi society during their stay in the Kingdom.
