The Saudi national campaign for the relief of Syrians continued today distribution of aid to the displaced Syrians handing them food rations in the Bekaa region. The campaign was implemented in line with orders by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud and under the supervision of Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdul Aziz, the interior minister. The director of the campaign office in Beirut, Walid Jalal said in a statement to the Saudi Press Agency that aid distributed today included 1,500 food rations in addition to more than half a ton of dates for 1,500 families of the displaced Syrians in the region.
