Dhuwaihi said that the Real Estate Development Fund has provided 800,000 interest-free loans worth SR 224 billion. He noted that the Ministry of Housing has recently signed an infrastructure project for one of the projects of the city of Riyadh which will provide developed land to build nearly 7,000 housing units. Dr. Al-Dhuwaihi pointed out that one of the most important developments is the authorization of the Ministry of Housing to implement the infrastructure for housing land, to give citizens developed residential land, and give loans for building on this land.
