The 8th consignment of Saudi medical aid provided to the Gaza Strip arrived on-board a plane at Al-Arish International Airport yesterday within the Saudi airlift program to transport to the Strip about 140 tons of medicines and medical supplies, worth SR 10 million. The President of the Board of Directors of Egyptian Red Crescent, Al-Arish Branch, Jaber Al-Arabi said in a statement that the 8th consignment included 11 tons of medicines and medical supplies. The previous 7 consignments included 69 tons of medicines and medical supplies. The Saudi airlift program continues for over 14 days to deliver aid through a daily flight to Al-Arish International Airport.
