Chairman of Arab-Belgium-Luxemburg Chamber of Commerce Caesar Hadjizan has expressed his deepest congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the occasion of the 8th anniversary of the pledge of allegiance.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), he praised the large achievements and development in the Kingdom by the wise policy pursued by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in managing the country in the economic, political, social, educational and medical care areas.
