Shuwaish opens Real Estate Expo

Dr. Shuwaish bin Saud Al-Dhuwaihi, Minister of Health, opened in Riyadh this evening the Real Estate and Urban Development Expo (RESTATICS 16) in which real estate conglomerates from inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other GCC member countries are taking part.
In a statement to SPA following a tour of the different pavilions of the four-day exhibition, the minister underscored the importance of the concerted role of economic, housing and private sectors in pumping appropriate housing units for citizens, pointing that the legal framework for housing sector is considered one of the most important pillars of the environment of upgrading the housing sector.
