The Saudi national campaign for Relieving Syrian Brethren, set up upon directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and working under direct supervision of Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, has distributed sizable relief items over Syrian refugees in the Lebanese Biqaa city of Baalabak. In a statement to SPA, the director of the campaign's office in Beirut Waleed Al-Jalal said the campaign distributed 2500 carpets and 625 kilograms of dates over the displaced Syrians in Baalabak.
