The head of Belgrade's Kosovo bureau, Aleksandar Vulin, has tendered his resignation Wednesday over Serbia's normalization agreement with Kosovo, state television RTS reported. According to dpa, Vulin told RTS a day earlier that the agreement brokered by the European Union last week is "less than what was promised" to Serbs in Kosovo.
