Italian Reporters Kidnapped in Syria Released

Four Italian journalists kidnapped in Syria more than a week ago have been freed, the Ansa news agency quoted Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti as saying Saturday.
According to dpa, the reporters were taken hostage April 4 in northern Syria.
The four were taken to Turkey, Ansa said, but there were still no details as to who had held them.
