Judge Withdraws From Hosni Mubarak Retrial

The chief judge of a court in charge of the retrial of former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak said on Saturday he was withdrawing from hearing the case.
Judge Mustafa Hassan added at the beginning of the new trial that he was feeling "uneasiness" about hearing the case and would refer the case back to the Appeals Court to name a new judge, according to a report of DPA.
