Germany summoned North Korea's ambassador in Berlin on Friday to protest at the escalation in tensions on the Korean Peninsula, charging that it was Pyongyang's fault. The ambassador was summoned to the Foreign Ministry and "bluntly told of the very great concern of the federal government at the escalation for which North Korea was responsible," spokesman Andreas said. Pyongyang's actions were "utterly unacceptable in their tone and substance," he said.
