Seoul on Thursday denied a media report that North Korea demanded the withdrawal of South Korean workers from a jointly run industrial park near the border, dpa reported. There had been no demand that all workers from the South be removed by April 10 from the Kaesong complex, as previously reported by the South's Yonhap News Agency, the Unification Ministry said. The earlier report was based on a misunderstanding of a communication from North Korean authorities, it said.
