The Chinese special envoy to the Middle East Wu Sike has highlighted the commonalities of Saudi-Chinese relations, particularly those related to the Palestinian cause, especially after the new Chinese leadership assumed power. This came during a panel discussion organized by the Institute of Diplomatic Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in its headquarters here today, under the title: "China's vision for developments in the Middle East." Also, Wu touched the Chinese vision for changes in the Middle East, especially regarding the Palestinian issue. The debate also provided an opportunity for discussing the regional crises and developments in the Arab region, especially the situation in Syria.
