Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh met here today the visiting Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird. During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them in all fields, in addition to the latest developments in the Middle East and the current crisis in Syria and their implications for Jordan in light of the increasing number of Syrian refugees in Jordan. Judeh and Baird are scheduled to hold a press conference later in the day. The Canadian Foreign Minister arrived in Amman yesterday on a three-day official visit to Jordan for opening the new building of his country's embassy in Amman.
