U.S. secretary of state John Kerry will make a tour of North Eastern Asia in mid-April which will be overshadowed by the crisis with North Korea over its nuclear program. Victoria Nolland, spokewoman of the State Department, said Kerry, himself an expert in Asian affiars, will visit South Korea, Japan and China after taking part in the G8 summit to be held in London from 10 -12 April 2013. Nolland said Kerry will discuss bilateral, multilateral and regional issues as well as economic cooperation and environment issues.
