Death Toll in Pakistan Market Blast Rises to 79

The death toll in the blast that targeted Pakistan's southwestern city of Quetta on Saturday has risen to 79, Pakistani police said early Sunday.
A bomb hidden in a water tank ripped through a crowded vegetable market in a mostly Shiite neighborhood in Quetta yesterday. The attack also wounded nearly 200.
A spokesman for the banned extremist group claimed responsibility for the bombing.
