Dr. Khalil bin Ibrahim Al-Ibrahim, Rector of Hail University, received here today a French delegation led by the dean of Medical College at French Rowan University in presence of Saudi cultural attaché to France Ibrahim Al-Balawi. During the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation between the two countries.
