Prince Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Jazan region, launched today at his office in the governorate here, the national vaccination campaign against polio for the year 1434 AH. The Governor launched the campaign by giving the first dose to a child, announcing the start of the campaign. During the launch of the campaign, Governor of Jizan region listened to a detailed explanation of the campaign aimed at age groups less than 5 years of citizens and residents, who are the groups most vulnerable to the disease. Their number according to the statistics of health centers in Jazan is 102,892 children.
