Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Representative of King of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Environment, arrived here today to participate in the 16th meeting of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Ministers in charge of Environmental Affairs and to attend the GCC Award Ceremony for the best environmental works. Upon arrival at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Sheikh Abdullah was received by Prince Nawaf bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, the executive director of the Environment; Saleh Mohammed Al-Shehri, Vice President General of Meteorology and Environment Protection; and Ibrahim Maslamani, the Acting Consul General of Bahrain in Jeddah.
