Under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah opened here Saturday evening the 16th GCC Engineering Forum organized by Saudi Council of Engineers under the title "The environment in Arab Gulf region". Addressing the three-day Forum, Dr. Al-Rabiah wished the Forum all success in its works to reach recommendations to serve the environment and society and to provide new ideas about design techniques and the use of smart technology in energy-saving projects and water conservation.
