The White House said it is not yet clear who is responsible for a suicide bombing Friday at the U.S. embassy in Turkey, the second attack on a U.S. diplomatic mission in four months. “A suicide bombing on the perimeter of an embassy is by definition an act of terror. It is a terrorist attack," spokesman Jay Carney told reporters. “However, we do not know at this point who is responsible or the motivations behind the attack."
