Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz appointed Second Deputy Premier, royal order says

A royal order was issued here today, appointing Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Advisor to and Special Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, as Second Deputy Premier.
In a statement, the royal court said the royal order by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud should be carried out by the concerned authorities with immediate effect.
