Finance Minister Holds Meetings with Number of Officials in Kuwait

Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia held here today meeting with Secretary General of the United Nations (UN), Ban Ki-moon, on the sidelines of the International Donors Conference for Syria.
During the meeting, the Secretary General expressed his thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Kingdom for the humanitarian support to Syrian people.
On his part, Dr. Al-Assaf met with UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Antonio Guterres, who expressed his thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its contribution in alleviating the crisis the Syrian people facing.
The Minister of Finance also met with Swedish Development Minister Gunilla Carlsson, during which she expressed her Government's appreciation of the role of the Kingdom in all humanitarian fields regionally and globally.
