The Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja received here today Yemeni Minister of Information of the Republic of Yemen Ali Ahmed Al-Omrani and his accompanying delegation currently visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the meeting, Dr. Khoja expressed his appreciation of the continuing development of the current media cooperation between the two brotherly countries in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense. For his part, the Yemeni Minister of Information expressed his thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince and the Government of the Kingdom for supporting his country in various fields, noting that his visit to the Kingdom aims to discuss ways of strengthening relations between the two countries in the field of information. During the meeting, they discussed the prospects of information cooperation between the two countries and ways of strengthening it, and they signed the executive program for information cooperation between the two ministries. They also discussed ways of boosting cooperation between the Kingdom and Yemen, as well as information coordination between the two countries on Arab and regional issues of common interest. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdullah Al-Jasser, President of Broadcasting and Television Commission Abdulrahman Al-Hazza, and undersecretaries of the Ministry Culture and Information.
