Rescue crews said they found some survivors from a capsized Russian fishing boat in the Sea of Japan, but 20 others remained unaccounted for. The Chance-101 rolled over and sank Sunday in Japanese waters off Russia's Primorye Territory early Sunday with 30 people aboard, UPI reported. Russia's Emergency Situations Ministry told the RIA Novosti news service a life raft with 10 survivors was recovered by a nearby ship. Four surface vessels and a search plane continued looking for other survivors. Another aircraft was dispatched to the scene and would join the search Monday.
