The International Islamic Relief Organization of Saudi Arabia (IIROSA), an affiliate of Muslim World League, has built during the past years, more than 7,000 mosques in 37 countries in the continents of Asia and Africa. The Organization's Acting Secretary General Ihsan bin Saleh Tayyip said that the mosques have been built in populated areas in some poor countries which have no mosques, noting that the mosques have libraries containing religious books.
