At least 19 people were killed and dozens injured Wednesday in a series of car bombings in Iraq, security officials said. Ten people were killed and 90 injured when a suicide car bomb hit a complex housing the Kurdistan Democratic Party and Kurdish non-governmental organizations in the northern city of Kirkuk, the officials said. Seven others were killed in a second car bombing targeting a nearby Kurdish security building, according to a report of DPA. A third bombing took place outside offices belonging to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan party and a Kurdish security unit in the city of Salah-Eddin, 170 kilometres north of the capital Baghdad, said the officials. The blast left two people dead and 26 injured, according to them.
