Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir handed over last night Khartoum International Holy Quran Award, in its fourth year, to its three winners in a special ceremony in the Sudanese capital. The ceremony was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Sudan Faisal bin Hamed Mua'lla. The Award's three winners are from Mali, Sudan and Algeria. Addressing the ceremony, the Sudanese President directed that the Award shall be celebrated annually on January 13.
