Arab League Secretary General Meets with Palestinian Prime Minister and Foreign Ministers of Palestine and Lebanon

Arab League Secretary General Dr. Nabil Elaraby met here today with Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad, Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Malki and Lebanese Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour.
The meeting dealt with the latest political developments as well as efforts being exerted to push forward the peace process. The meeting also addressed Lebanon's needs to meet requirements of Syrian refugees on its territory.
