Japan's All Nippon Airways Co (ANA) detected an oil leak Friday from the left engine of a Boeing 787 Dreamliner after a domestic flight, the latest in a series of incidents highlighting safety concerns involving the new aircraft, news reports said according to dpa. The leak was discovered after the domestic flight landed safely at Miyazaki Airport on the southern island of Kyushu, the Kyodo News agency reported. There were no injuries, it said. The returning flight to Tokyo Haneda Airport was cancelled, Kyodo said. ANA was the first airline to fly the Dreamliner, whose first commercial flight was in October 2011.
