Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Abdelaziz met here today with Director General of International Monetary Fund (IMF) Christine Lagarde, who is currently on a visit to Mauritania. During the meeting, they discussed the joint relations between Mauritania and IMF and the Fund's contribution to development programs implemented by the Government of Nouakchott.
