Rugaiba, Saudi Arabia, Safar 19, 1434, Jan 1, 2013, SPA -- Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chief of Allegiance-Pledge Commission, who is also Chairman of the Supreme Committee of King Abdulaziz Prize for Beautiful Camels Festival, is scheduled to patronize the closing ceremony of the festival in Um-Rugaiba on Thursday.
