Revenues and expenditures of Saudi Press Agency are estimated at SR 182,760,000 (one hundred eighty two million, seven hundred and sixty thousand riyals). 52- Revenues and expenditures of General Authority for Audiovisual Information are estimated at SR 7,000,000 (seven million riyals). Second: Surplus of revenues as well as the unused accredited amounts of the general budget should be deposited at a Ministry of Finance current account at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency. Third: Revenues are levied and the expenditures are spent according to approved systems and instructions. Fourth: Except for the Saudi Arabian Airlines, the budgets of other general organizations are subject to articles 3,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15 of the Royal Decree No. (M/ ) dated 16-2-1434AH H. approving the general budget of the State for the fiscal year 1434/1435 H. Fifth: The Minister of Finance issues the necessary instructions to implement the above within the limits of the liability stated in this decree. Sixth: The Deputy Premier, ministers and the respective heads of departments having independent budgets are obliged to carry out this decree. The Cabinet's decision has stated that every government body should abide by spending within the budget ceiling and never be committed to any expenditure that is not accredited . In this context, the Cabinet's decision No. 157 dated 12/9/1420 H. should be enforced. Had any extraordinary situation arises and cannot sustain delay, it should be forwarded to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
