Pakistan Assuming UN Security Council Presidency Next Month

Pakistan is assuming the office of the UN Security Council Presidency from January 1, 2013, it was reported here today.
According of the Associated Press of Pakistan, Pakistan's Permanent Representative to UN Ambassador Masood Khan briefed Ban Ki-moon, Secretary General of the United Nations on the agenda to be considered during Pakistan's rotatory Presidency of the UN Security Council.
